Dear Family and Friends,

First and foremost, we hope that you are keeping well. 

A heartfelt thanks to those of you who have confirmed their attendance, with a special mention to those who are already booked. We are truly impressed by your organisation! Please send us your booking details for the flight/train/car journeys and where you plan to stay.

For those of you who are yet to advise us of their attendance, we understand that the current conditions make it difficult to give a definite answer. However, with only seven weeks left to the wedding, we would be grateful if you could RSVP. If you will be in attendance in Portofino, we would be delighted if you could inform us exactly which function you’ll be joining us for (welcoming drinks, wedding, beach party lunch).

Several of you have decided to stay at the Imperiale Hotel (https://www.imperialepalacehotel.it/en/index) where we will be staying as well. As a reminder, we have negotiated a 15% discount at the Imperiale Palace. If you want to book your stay, please email directly Vlad Bitca at sales@imperialepalacehotel.it and he will assist you with your booking. 

We would also like to mention that Rapallo has more options than Portofino and it is only a 20 minute ride from the wedding venue. Please reach out if you need help booking your accommodation. Now is the time to do it, with availability decreasing daily.

On another note, for those of you who are not legally required to do a PCR test as part of your travel requirements, we kindly insist that 72/48 hours before your arrival in Portofino, you agree to get tested in order to eliminate any risk. We are doing our very best to host a Covid-free wedding and we thank you in advance for your understanding.

For those travelling from the UK, there is currently a five day quarantine when you return, but there is speculation that this will be lifted by July. Fingers crossed.

• Welcoming drinks (7 July) : Cocktail Attire
• Wedding (8 July) : Black Tie
• Brunch (9 July): White Party / Beach Attire
